A big THANK YOU to the manager and the associate working the to go orders on 7/13/24. When I got home I realized my order was wrong. I called and they had me drive back to get it corrected. When I got there the manager came out and apologized for the error. Like I said, it happens. I know she repeated my order back so I could have heard her wrong. I didn't look at the ticket until I got home either. Since I was very understanding and not upset the manager came out and thanked me again for waiting and even gave me 5 dollars off my next order. Thanks for the outstanding customer service Fricker's! We will be back. Your rib/wing dinner is the best!

We saw a bad review for a waitress named Jess and stopped in hoping to have her be our server. We knew that there was no way she would be as bad as the review stated. WE WERE SO RIGHT! She was the sweetest little gal! My son has a stutter and she patiently waited while he asked all of his questions. She kept our drinks full, brought extra napkins, and always had a smile! She checked on us several times. We told her we were traveling and she asked where we were going and seemed genuinely interested to hear what my son had to say. She was just the best!
I’m a simple man. I love decent wings and good wedges. That’s what I got here. I did need to order some additional sauce to pour over- but the food was hot and fresh.
